Ventis expands capacity to £70m per location

Ventis, a commercial and residential real estate MGA, has increased its underwriting limits and can now cover single buildings or assets up to £70 million per location.

Despite the higher limits, Ventis is committed to keeping things simple. The company continues to prioritise clear processes and swift decision-making, so brokers and clients benefit from both robust cover and responsive service.

This development follows Ventis’ recent launch on Acturis, extending its accessibility and strengthening its position in the mid-market.
